Excellent service. I was desperate because my business would have closed the next day if I could not get my car out of the garage. I called at 7PM the night before and actually got a live person to make the appointment the next morning. I specified how important It was the repair person come early. James arrived at 10AM. He explained everything and the cost. James was friendly,yet professional Good work. Thank you Precision and James.

From beginning to end it was great. From Tina calling me to setup estimate and being flexible. To Michael the estimator being so knowledgeable and no pressure. To Chad the installer. My experience was top notch. Chad is a professional installer. Not only does his work speak for itself but his explanation of the entire process plus tips on how to keep your new door beautiful and operating like new for a long time is awesome. The extra attention to detail and care taken throughout the job is commendable. As a small business owner myself I would be proud to employ someone of that caliber.I would be proud to have employees like Tina, Michael and Chad. Thanks for making what I thought was going to be a daunting task simple and enjoyable.

Precision Door is a solidly professional outfit. The replaced my old door and installed one that I am very happy with. Their prices are competitive and the service was outstanding. Cory's communication and knowledge were great. He called to confirm his schedule and my availability prior to arriving. The repairs were completed very quickly and Cory performed a multi-point check of the bearings, rollers, tracks, drive chain, etc. I appreciated being able to schedule an evening (after work) appointment with no extra charge. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.
