Our garage door would not go up. The gentleman who called me was informative and had a serviceman at my door within a hour. The technician was knowledgeable, explained in detail what had happened with the garage door and what needed to be fixed. He worked quickly and showed me all the warn out parts he replaced. I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them for all my garage door needs in the future.

Raul is competent and finished installing the 2 broken doors quickly, taking only 5 hours to complete the job. He took care to be sure the finished work looked beautiful. I am pleased with the appearance of my two new roll up garage doors.

The work quality was good. Work was performed efficiently. Pricing and quotation was vague, and no written estimates for the immediate work and for larger project were provided, even though I explicitly asked for them twice. Price seemed high.

Changed out top spring which had broken. Technician did a good job, but price was fairly expensive. Noise began on side spring a few days after installation.

Very professional and well organized. Showed up on time and called before arrival to identify who would be there. Prices are on the very high side so use about $100-$140 per hour plus equipment. If you look at equipment cost for a job multiply by a figure around 3 for total cost. I had opener, springs, and rollers replaced. They took the time to test results many times and tweaked things to perfection. I liked the fact they were willing to ensure all remotes including car's homelink built in openers were working before they left. If you don't mind paying a premium for a smooth professionally managed job done right the first time, call these guys.
