While they were quick to schedule, the repair person persisted in trying to sell me more service despite my request that he simply repair the door. He was disrespectful of my time [searching his truck for new things to sell me], did NOT explain what I was receiving for $220 [didn't speak English well in any event], and slapped a large advertising sticker on my wall without asking my permission. While the door now operates, it makes more noise than it had before the repair.
