"I solicited three proposals for the refinishing of my large deck, Duqueâ s proposal was right in line with the others, they worked us into their schedule and were able to start working within a week. Stripping the old finish and discoloration took a day to complete. After two days dry time they returned and applied semi clear Super Deck finish using an airless sprayer and back rolling. They applied two coats for a deep penetration and seal. Iâ m very happy with their workmanship and great communications, keeping me updated on each step of the process."

"OMG, this is hands down the best contractor team you will ever have the pleasure of working for you should you decide to use them. They can do any type of work you need. We had them pull old carpet, put in hardwood floors, paint, put in crown molding. Paint the outside of the house, fix the garage before painting, fix the back door and front door, so they are airtight, fix the white picket fence, move the mailbox and re-post it, put in a ceiling fan, install electrical lines, paint the porch, fix some cabinets, put in a beam on the porch, and so on as part of some remodeling. I could not possibly have had all this work done if they had not been extremely reasonable. I love the guys on this team. I trust every single one of them and Rolando has a better personality than any contractor I have ever worked with. Not only that he is honest and trustworthy. He does not ask for anything up front. Their work speaks for itself. All I can say is that I hate even posting this because I do not want them so busy I cannot get them to come back to my house. Honestly, these are the guys you want."

"We have had some storm damage on our singles since El Nino hit us in 2018. Ever since, weâ ve been having leaks, and I honestly didnâ t bother getting it fixed. "I hired Nathan Martinez and his crew to paint my 1910 two start Edwardian in Berkeley. The house is so old some of the wood panels had rotted in the back. Nathan is a skilled carpenter as well as painter and replaced the panels with new wood at a minimum cost. Nathan offers thousands of colors to choose from. We choose a beautiful sage green with a dark green trim. The porch is brilliant dove white. Nathan's crew continually asked my opinion on how the job was going and if the trim was painted exactly how I wanted. Nathan spent 1 day to repair the rotten wood and just 3 days to prime, paint and trim. The total cost of under $5K was much less that other painters who quoted me $10K or more.
