Pricing was higher than my other bids, however they were able to fit my schedule of installation quickly. Eddy was able to complete the job of a complete tear down and replacement of new roof within 1.25 days. Hard working 2 man crew. Looks great and got a of of compliments on the color of shingles I selected.

Windows and siding were completed on time and with great workmanship. It was a pleasure working with the staff and crew.

I have hired this company for a new deck build. Mike Miner showed up on time and was courteous and informative. When we had follow-up questions he answered promptly. I am looking forward to working with them more. Review Update : After many attempts to resolve the issues I would not recommend this company to a friend. I thought we could not go wrong with what looked like a legitimate and highly reviewed company. I was wrong. The company violated their policy and never completed a final walk-through with us before withdrawing the payment from our account. Despite multiple follow-up attempts, I have not heard back from anyone regarding our complaints. Justin (the builder assigned to us) did not build the deck the way that he was supposed to. (the deck was supposed to be composite but he only build half with composite and half lumber). The contract specifically assured that the stairs would not extend past the edge of the house. Additionally, the railing and trim on the staircase are made of multiple smaller cuts they pieced together (obviously to cut corners instead of obtaining a single piece). For the price, we paid I expected a smooth seamless process from a company of professionals. What I got was a haphazard half composite, half lumber deck from an unresponsive and overpriced company.

John the estimator came out right on time,was professional and went over all products they have offer very effectively. He knows his business. Most likely have them do several projects for us.

Jerry the Sider did excellent work! We are extremely happy with the job he did on our garage!

Mike Miner is professional, personable, and absolutely amazing! We got windows installed last year and they are beautiful. We love Performance!

Performance performed as promised, all work was completed on time and clean up excellent. The sales and office staff went over and beyond.

Hired Performance to replace old aluminum siding & gutters. Saw them at Novi Home Show. Very impressed with their professionalism when they came out. Gave us a good price too! Work was done in a timely manner & workers always cleaned up debris at the end of the day. They even did some special touches above the window trim. Very pleased with their work & highly recommend them.
