When we finalized our paperwork, Bob said he would return to our house to inspect the work that was completed to ensure that we were completely happy with the work that was completed. However this never happened. Also the crew did an okay job with the new siding, but there were some seems that needed to be repaired along with some small gaps in the flashing that needed to be sealed up.

I found a couple issues after the installation was complete and they came out and address them all to my satisfaction! My home looks a hundred times better!

I gotta tell you, the wife and I are more than pleased with the whole process. She was a bit frazzled when I got home from work after dealing with the noise all day but that is to be expected. The crew kicked serious butt the whole day and though I didn't think it was going to be done in a single day they had daylight to spare and I see no reason to believe they hurried on the roof to do it. Terry answered every one of my questions and went above and beyond in dealing with the issues he and the crew found on the roof. From extra flashing in areas he deemed to be a potential problem to taking siding off to make sure there were no problems underneath. From what it sounded like, the whole crew is exactly what every home owner is looking for, a group of people that are going to do a job like they were working on their own house. Thanks so much for coming our way and representing a great company. Couldn't have asked for more.
