I was absolutely impressed by Performance Remodeling. Each day they were on the job early. They kept me appraised every day on the schedule for my project and what to expect. They took care each day to pickup all the roofing materials from my property. The job was completed on time. I have dealt with having a roof replaced in the past and Performance Remodeling exceeded my expectations for a job well done.

Lacked integrity

We had a GREAT experience with the Performance Remodeling Team from beginning to end for our complete home replacement window installation. Their salesperson Bob K arrived on time to review our needs, address our questions, provided thoughtful alternative window recommendations and a competitive quote. The sales coordinator kept us updated throughout the entire process. The installers visited to obtain precise measurements. The windows arrived as scheduled and our installation team, Russ, Andrew and Ahmed did an outstanding job! They were exceptionally skilled, professional, conscientious and friendly. The window quality is excellent and we can feel the difference in our home. We would highly recommend Performance Remodeling and Marvin Windows! Six months into this simple door install project and its still not complete. Since day one, we have faced missed appointments, incorrectly sized/measured product 2x, irritating collection calls for full payment, missing product, and the completely wrong product installed. Even better, the alleged owner/manager, Rich, has zero customer-service savvy and his condescending/patronizing approach to rectifying a problem only has made the situation worse!

Bosco home advisor straight forward and transparent . The most important that I like is no pressure and tell me call me anytime if I need more questions regarding the windows ( Marvin windows by Infinity) Regarding the window installer Russ his son Andrew and I believe the third guy Marty came on time the 5 days install all 43 new windows and every windows that they install each day I specifically check thoroughly the the inside and outside around the windows especially the caulking and also that they donâ  t know that I light a lighter around the window if thereâ  s air leak around surprise nothing . Now to Russ and the rest of the crew outstanding job and clean the area each day after finish the job .Very professional and The staff in the office they call me each morning to tell me that the installer are on there way. I will recommend Performance remodeling to my family and friends. Great job and my Family loves every windows 43 new windows new windows
