Mike S came out in a snow storm to measure for new window sills for my new windows from Performance residential remodeling. He was very polite, precise and explained different options. He was supposed to come back a few days later but Tara called me from the office and he came back out and put them in later that same day. They are beautiful and very thankful for Tara working around my schedule and Mike S and his work!

I heard about this company from a Christian radio show and thought hey lets go with them even though wallside windows was considerably less and better deals. To my dismay this company has horrible installers and unprofessional staff. The windows was underwhelming, the application of chalk and trim was substandard and poorly done. The installers do not show up on time or have workers which delayed my windows installation for weeks. One window came broken and they still installed it and put tape on it for over a month. My front window has sticky spots on them that will not come off and they refuse to do anything about it. Please do not use this company! Nothing but a headache.
