Im very hard to please and I can tell you that I believe companies that live up to what the claim so be should be applauded. I had a door installed yesterday. It replaced a door wall that I had installed when I built the house 25 years ago. Ill also tell you that I watch every dollar, so I wasn't thrilled to spend the money for a door wall. The process was excellent. I found the company at the Novi homes show last February. From the sales guy Keith to the way the company handles your order is top notch. They assign a person to follow your order and coordinate the installation schedule. My installation guy did a great job, what I can tell so far, great product. By the way give my installation guy a raise. He installed the product without any help...one man show. I have decided to let performance do another job for me that the sales guy Keith is coordinating. If you guys need a reference e me

Performance sold us a package of options UNAVAILABLE from their vendor. After the COVID-19 delay in starting, materials were delivered, but work did not begin for a week. On and off work took two weeks (for a 4 days job) prior to reordering correct components to complete the job. Several times I had to ask the crews to fix / correct cosmetic problems, even helping them when things did not go together correctly. When the job was finally completed 7 WEEKS after materials were first delivered, final cosmetic issues were grudgingly applied to make things look acceptable. Hands full of dropped hardware were throughout our lawn and beds, causing a real hazard. With 15% of the balance remaining outstanding at time of completion, we began receiving badgering phone calls for final payment WITHIN HOURS, with half a dozen by the next morning...followed by the owner knocking on our door demanding immediate payment less than 12 hours later. No apologies for the horrible experience, only bullying for payment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!

We hired Performance Remodeling to transform our 75 year old ranch. We had original wood windows that were beyond repair and chalky old white aluminum siding. Bosco managed the project from day one and even with Covid delays, stayed in constant communication with us so we felt assured our home was still a priority. The crews that came for their specific areas were professional, timely, and did top quality work. We couldnâ t be happier with how our new old house looks!! Mike Miner showed up for our appointment on time, was very courteous, polite, and safety conscious. We explained to him what we wanted done and he gave us several options of what we could do to stay in our budget. He was very professional and showed us different products that they carry. We were very impressed with Michael`s presentation that we decided to hire him to do our job.

Getting a quote from PERFORMANCE to replace my old roof. They responded very quickly. Mike Miner is the in-home advisor, he came over the next day that I called them. He is very professional, give me good advise, and most importantly fair price for the work. Good warranty as well. Definitely recommended!
