The whole experience from start to finish was something of an astonishment. After reading many negative reviews of various home improvement companies and having a couple of very difficult experiences with a couple of them myself, I entered into this project with a bit of trepidation. I needn't have worried. Everyone that I encountered throughout the whole process was especially easy to deal with and handled everything with a high degree of professionalism. Everyone from the initial contact to the Salesman to the Project Coordinator made me feel like I had been dealing with them for years. Then there were the installers... these guys were like window Ninjas! They showed up on time in the morning, went right to work and when they were done by 2:00PM it was as if nothing had happened except that we had sparkling new windows throughout the house! I've had house guests cause WAY more disruption than these guys! What was doubly amazing is that this house is about 115 years old and nothing was ever constructed as it should have been yet these guys made the final product look perfect! When they were done all my wife and I had to do was wander around inside and outside and marvel at the transformation that had taken place. The next home improvement project we undertake will definitely involve Performance Residential Remodeling in the plans.

Performance was very professional and did a top quality job. We had them install vinyl siding with a stone bay window accent, replace the garage door, and all of the exterior doors of my house. We've received nothing but compliments from the neighbors, friends, family, and strangers walking by. Our only regret is that we had already had a different company under contract to replace our roof before we found/met Performance. If we could have, we would have cancelled our contract with the other company, and would have had Performance replace the roof as well (but the roof replacement was already in progress). GREAT JOB!

I have had Performance out 3 different times. Had them install a garage door 4 years ago then the following year trim/soffit & gutters and then a roof on my garage. A-1 Quality and workmanship on all accounts. Will definitely use in the near future for a roof on my house

Performance gave us a fair quote on siding and gutters. Although we had some mixed communication about the start date and it had to get changed several times, once we worked that out, the installers came on time and did a great job and the final job looks very nice.
