PFM is a brokerage company. Quoted me 2k. When actual movers came they said they would have to charge me more right away. Said they would have to load truck to measure. Charged me another 2k. Said they would store my items in warehouse and charge me storage fees and sue me. Upon delivery they said truck as to big and charged me 500 for smaller truck plus 2k. Said I couldn't pay with CC at that point and had to be zelle. I protested but was told they would leave with my items and put in storage charge me 300-500. Then I noticed items were damaged. My 2k lazyboy had a hole and tear. The insurance company offered me 60 dollars for chair. I was negotiating with ibar from PFM. He offered me 3000 dollars to remove negative review. Then stopped communicating. I took the insurance offer. Said I wanted check. Months later I was informed PFM had my check. Told me they could zelle me money. Told them I didn't use zelle. Was told i must not really want money and hung up on me.

Avoid these GRIFTERS like the plague. In 70+years on the planet, I have never been so blatantly ripped off. Their personable point man quoted a move at $4850. At the last minute, the pricing kept going up as they refused to (a) finish loading the truck at one end, and (b) finish unloading the truck at the other. Classic grift. Final cost was over $10,000. Charges showed up as PERFECTLY FAST MOVING and SQ*ANISTJK CARY, NC. BBB rates them as ?F? (but I learned this too late). Legal action is pending.

First of all, who sends a truck from Brooklyn NY to Buffalo NY??? No one EVER told me that they would be coming from there, I had a 13 mile move... I moved from north of buffalo to south of buffalo... This was an absolute scam, they just kept raising the price... over and over....and by the time it was almost too much for me to afford, which was already triple the original amount-- THEY TOLD ME THEY NEEDED A TIP OR THEY WOULDNT LEAVE MY NEW HOUSE... The only reason I think they let it go at the end was because a cop came rolling around asking what the DISGUSTING LITTLE TRUCK was sitting around for in an old folks apartments area.... They barely spoke english and kept asking for cashapp, which I confirmed from... probably their own people, that is what they take... they already had my stuff locked in their tiny truck that couldnt even fit all my stuff when we went through what I had and I MEASURED EVERYTHING for an hour on the first call..RIP OFF...SCAM..over 3k$ for a one bed 13miles

Customers BEWARE I CALLED THIS COMPANY MADE A PARTIAL PAYMENT WITHIN AN HOUR I CANCELLED AFTER SEEING BAD REVIEWS THEY CONNECTED ME WITH THERE FINANIAL DEPARTMENT AND DISCONNECTED ME THEY STOLE 210.00 OF MY MONEY DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY STOLE MY HARD EARNED MONEY WITH NO SERVICES RENDERED CHECK BETTER BUSINESS AND YOU WILL NEVER USE THEM THEY ARE DISHONEST AND RIPPED ME OFF THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS

I would never recommend this company for moving. I was overcharged at pick up and drop off and they made me write positive reviews before I could get my money back. My stuff came damaged or they lost it.

I usually don t leave reviews but this was unbearable. Please be informed if you do business with perfectly fast moving you do so at your own risk, they give you a cheap quote and inflate it before pickup and con you into going with them claiming your deposit is not refundable they use different vendors to pickup, store it in a warehouse and drop whenever they want without regard for proper care of your property and can damage it in the process. Also they have terrible customer service. In my case they picked up my property up-charged me double despite clear communication and verification, delivered past the window period, lost it, found it, brought it back damaged and refused to refund me for damages and the driver Tariel was asking me for tips. Please beware of Perfectly fast moving. Do your due diligence. Be warned!

They totally ripped me off. I paid $18,000 and got extorted and threatened over and over again for more money. The original quote had a description of everything they did. It was a nasty bait and switch. My bank refused to wire additional funds when it was to someone's home. They said it was a scam. The company now has my things in storage. They will not tell me or the police where my goods are and I now have to sue them.

This was the worst experience I?ve ever had with a professional company. Everything Jacob told me on the phone to get my business was a lie. They don?t use their own employees, or use their own trucks. A third-party delivered my items with a magnetic sign on the side of a rental truck, and hired day workers packed and loaded my furniture. A totally different set of hired day workers unloaded my furniture. Some of my very expensive all wood items were not even blanketed. Packing tape was used to wrap up my dining room table legs with no padding or paper. I paid extra for the TVs to be packed and they were covered with half a cardboard box and taped all over the back. One was completely broken upon arrival. My dining room chairs were not blanketed; Just thrown on top of all the boxes and other furniture. They ruined almost every single piece of furniture that we owned; Chips, Dings, scratches, missing parts and pieces. lamps arrived broken. Currently filing insurance. Don?t use!
