DO NOT USE PERFECTLY FAST MOVING ? DISHONEST, UNRELIABLE, AND AGGRESSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This was the worst moving experience of my life. Avoid this company at all costs. I moved from Tennessee to California, and from start to finish, this company lied, overcharged, delayed delivery, and mishandled my belongings. We were given a quote based on a full inventory list. When they finally arrived, they increased the price by $11,000 for no reason. Everything matched the original inventory, but they held my belongings hostage unless I paid. They swore they weren?t a broker and that our stuff would be transported directly from Tennessee to California. That was a lie. A few days later, I found out my shipment was somehow sitting in Florida. They originally promised delivery in 5 to 7 days. Instead, it took 21 days, with my belongings bouncing between different warehouses. Every time I called, I got a different excuse.

Horrible experience. I carefully measured each item to be moved and was given an estimate of $8000. Two days later when the movers arrived, it was a complete shakedown. My estimate for the same items went to $18,000. The team was extremely rude, and I have numerous broken items. Upon delivery, they refused to put items on the second floor when I asked unless I tipped them $400. Total scam.

I needed to move my one bedroom apartment across states and Perfectly Fast Moving was easy to work with. Roman and David were incredible and professional. They took great care with all my stuff, were efficient, and super helpful. I have never used a moving company before as I was moving myself from apartment to apartment in my car, so I was bit nervous working with movers. But what can I say? I am glad I did because these guys were great and I could have never done this on my own. Thank you guys!

Robert was incredibly thorough when providing our quote, patiently going over all the details with us multiple times to ensure we felt confident in the process. Mandy was a lifesaver during the quality assurance call, offering us some much-needed extra time right when we needed it most. When moving day arrived, Roman and David went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the movers Slava and Rudi from perfectly fast moving ,who transported my belongings from San Antonio to California! They were incredibly fast, efficient, and professional. Every item was carefully packed, securely loaded, and delivered without a single scratch. Their attention to detail and organization made the entire process stress-free. The team worked with great speed and precision, ensuring that everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. I had a fantastic experience with Slava and Dmitry from Perfectly fast moving .He loaded all my belongings with great care and delivered them safely to Texas. A Prayer for Those Wronged by Perfectly Fast Moving Heaven help anyone who hires this company. They bait and switch you from the start and then ignore you once they have your things. They do not show you the contract until they are moving your things. By then it is too late and you are at their mercy. They have held my stuff for over two weeks past the promised delivery date and they claim they can hold everything indefinitely for only $30. I fear for the worst at this point and am at a loss how they can keep getting away with this outright fraud and theft.

Nick and his team did an outstanding job. They demonstrated excellent communication skills and provided top-notch service. I was especially impressed with their careful packing?my 86-inch TV and 55-inch curved TV were handled with great professionalism. Even without the original packaging, they securely packed the 86-inch TV with precision. I highly recommend their service! I am so excited to my package in my new place!
