Awesome experience with "PADDYS". salesman was thorough in explaining their process and product used. Roofers arrived as scheduled. They protected all shrubs and the side of the house as well. Cleanup was immaculate. Cannot say enough about how great "PADDYS" wa skin replacing my roof.

Very happy with our roof repair. A storm caused part of the ridge cap to become loose which caused a small leak in an upstairs bedroom. Paddy was the first roofer to show up, was friendly and professional and gave an accurate estimate, with a promise for a quick repair date. Received two other estimates, but only Paddy inspected the roof and provided photos of the problems (he pointed out a few other cracked shingles and nail pops).

Our situation was uncommon, since our roof is half shingle half rubberized. Seperate crews were required due to this conflict and the scheduling couldn't have been more fluid. The estimate was accurate, the price was affordable, and the work was performed with integrity. They accomadated our schedule and worked around us. The staff from office to field workers were polite and professional. Talking with Charlie was like talking to an old friend. There's definately peace of mind no longer worryiong about our roof and its all thanks to Paddy's. We will be referring any and all future work to Paddy's, LLC.

I understand they were only cleaning the gutters, but they sent out one person to clean gutters on a 2 story house. I was told they would use a high powered blower to clean the downspouts but I never saw that. The safety issue I had was 1 person on an 18-20 ft ladder by themselves. To me that was not safe

The entire experience from sale to installation was amazing. No high pressure sales, just a presentation of the product and how the process would work. The work was performed when scheduled, and the crew cleaned up each day. everyone we dealt with ensured that we were happy at each phase of the process. We are definitely using them for future home improvements. When you call ask for Charlie ....

Charlie accommodated our every request, the quality of workmanship was excellent, cleanup was great, work was completed in a timely manner. I recommend Paddy for any type of renovation. The work included removing old roof and replacing with new. Workers were here on time everyday and they were very polite.
