This job was to removed all of the existing roof and replace with a new one. They started the job within a few days. After the roof was completed, they came back twice to clean up, and check that everything was to our satisfaction before the final payment.

Very efficient. And he worked in the rain. Cleaned everything up nicely.

I would recommend Paddy's roofing to family, friends, and neighbors. The owners father, Charles who is their sales rep made us feel very comfortable with the company in a day when consumer's are so afraid of getting ripped off and taken advantage of. The new roof looks great and the cleaned up very professionally.

I was picky and got 5 quotes from most of the reputable roofers in the area. Paddys was not the cheapest which was 2000 less, nor the most expensive which was 2 times as much. Of the three grouped in the middle, they asked for the largest percent down, but provided the most materials. Also, I am not a roofing expert, and they were one of two companies that agreed to have the shingle manufacturer come out and inspect the roof was installed correctly, in order to validate all applicable manufacturer's warranties. The crew was curteous to my family, they were on time, and finished by the end of the day. Clean up was good, but there were a few bits that got left in the mulch and bushes that were not seen until we got back to spring landscaping. All in all I would reccommend this contractor for the work performed.

This was by far the best roofing contractor I could have chosen. First, Charlie Ferris called me almost immediately after I completed my submission on HomeAdvisor, I never did receive any contact from any of the other contractors that HomeAdvisor had recommended, but I did call numerous contractors to receive estimates. Charlie arrived at our house fully prepared to give us an estimate, he had copies of the company’s business license and insurance and pamphlets regarding the materials that would be used, no other company did. After receiving numerous estimates, with only one of them being lower than Paddy’s, and having done my research on all the companies that submitted estimates, we decided to choose Paddy’s, and we are glad we did. The work was completed in a timely manner (weather permitting), and the new roof looks wonderful. There are a few things I would like to point out that they could do to make the experience even better: better communication before the work began, out of nowhere the dumpster showed up, if my wife hadn’t been home to move our cars, they would have had nowhere to put it. Clean-up was not as up to par as it could have been; I found several roofing nails in my driveway and yard. Overall though, you cannot go wrong by choosing Paddy’s for your work.

Charlie Ferris of Paddys came to my home within 30 minutes of my emergency phone call. I noticed that the ceiling over my bed started showing water leaks that had to be coming from the roof. This was the Monday after the 1/23/16 Saturday blizzard. Charlie gave me a reasonable price for a repair to stop the leak I knew about, but I was concerned about the entire roof. Charlie gave me a reasonable price for the whole roof, too. The workers came out the next day to do a repair where the leak was and they came out the next week to replace the whole roof. I live in a duplex and they did the whole job in one day. The roof is top-quality and the warranty is 50 years. The workmanship warranty is 10 years. They cleaned everything up plus a mess of trash my sons created in the backyard. They had a dumpster delivered and removed it the next day. Charlie is trustworthy and down-to-earth. I am happy to recommend Paddys.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with Paddy's Roofing. They were referred to me by another contractor who came to power-wash my siding, and noted that the roof shingles were getting brittle. I was aware of this, and had been planning to have a new roof installed in the Spring. I left a message with Paddy's on their website, and Charlie responded back to me later that evening. We arranged to have him come out the next morning for the estimate. When Charlie arrived, he was well-prepared, presented me with copies of their business license and insurance certificate, and had already used software to measure the roof and he gave me the verbal estimate right there on the spot. He also left some shingle sample boards so my wife and I could make a good decision regarding the color we wanted. Paddy's estimate was the lowest price I had received. Tiffany followed up by sending me a written estimate over email the next business day, which detailed all the work to be done. I signed the estimate and faxed it back. Three days later the work began, and was finished in two days. The crew were polite and professional, and they made sure to clean up around the house very well after the tear-off and new installation. The quality of the work is superb, and the best value for the dollar I could have imagined. The new roof looks great and my 25 year-old house now looks brand new! I highly recommend Paddy's to anyone considering a new roof!
