Unfortunately we do not live in a perfect world. Sometimes things go smooth, and sometimes you hit some rough spots. How you handle the rough spots speak more for you than how you handle smooth sailing. I got a new roof which was installed very professionally in one day. My old roof was a lot worse than I realized and needed a lot of extra plywood, but still got done in just one day! I did have a couple of things that were not as I was promised, but I called Paddy’s and they corrected everything in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them.
Our new doors were installed as the final touch of the project. The installers Walt and Adam were especially professional, considerate & friendly while making very sure that everything was exactly right before they left the job. Would have this company do work for us again when a job needs to be done.
I was pleased with the work that was done and appreciated that I did not have to be home in order for the job to be completed.

Outstanding estimating and ordering process with Charlie and installation by Ryan and Russell who braved the 98% humidity and 94 degree temperature doing an excellent job of installing a new roof on our shed and assuring that everything was cleaned up when done. They were personable, professional, knowledgeable, skilled, efficient and represented themselves and Paddy's in an outstanding manner. I highly recommend Paddy's for any roofing issue and will certainly use them again, if ever there's a need.
Overall our experience was slightly above average. We hired Paddy's and provided a deposit on June 1, 2017 and did not have the new roof installed until July 8, 2017. This occurred only after I complained and requested a refund on July 5, 2017. We were told initially they were a little behind due to the weather, but in mid-June I received a call about my request through Home Advisor and did I still want an estimate? It seems like they may be a little disorganized, or need to improve their communication internally. I called a couple times throughout June about scheduling the project, and felt like I was getting the runaround. Also, apparently their project manager went on vacation the first week in July, which seemed to cause major issues with scheduling and I guess they didn't have a backup plan despite this being an extremely busy time of year for them. But when I explained to them I would be traveling in July and needed to have the roof completed or a refund, they quickly got it done. The day of the installation, the crew arrived on time, worked hard and did a fairly good job with clean up. We have 5 dogs so we did our own clean up of the yard, picking up small pieces of leftover debris and some nails and would recommend the same for anyone with dogs. The roof looks good and we believe we got a good product for a fair price. Although it took much longer than expected to schedule our roof installation, Paddy's made the effort to correct the issue. There was a minor hiccup with scheduling the final inspection. Again this seemed to be more an issue with communication among their staff, and it worked out fine in the end. Their staff were all very friendly and professional at all times. How a company handles problems is just as important as their initial service. Although I would have preferred things had gone more quickly and smoothly from the start, they took responsibility and made the effort to correct the problem and ensure we were satisfied.
Rhonda, I am sorry to hear that your experience was not a 5 out of 5. With all the rain we had during our busiest of seasons, we were thrown for a little bit of a loop there. I am glad that we were however able to rectify your concerns with installing a good product at a fair price.
