A really good experience - had a partial roof replaced - after the deal was done Charlie said they would power wash & top a tree for free ! the workers were very good - best experience with home repair I have ever had !!!!!

We had a great experience with Paddy's. We showed them the problem with our roof and gave us 3 options for repair and explained the pros and cons of each one. The price was significantly lower than the 2 other quotes we got. We had a leak into our screened porch, but weren't in a huge rush since it wasn't inside the house. But once they saw the leak, they bumped us up on the schedule. The work was excellent and they left everything just as it had been. Except for the new roof, you would never have known people were at the house doing work. We will definitely hire them again if needed!

I submitted an online request for quotes on a Sunday. Less than 20 minutes later I had Charlie on the phone, and an hour later he was here. Thorough explanation of work to be done, materials to be used and pricing. I was kept up to date on timing, including an earlier than planned installation. Minor miscommunication on trim work was promptly rectified. All in all an outstanding experience.

Paddy's lived up to all commitments for the job with respect to schedule and availability of the contractor for questions (They actually have someone answering the phones instead of getting voice mail and a call 2 days later). The on site crew showed up on time, was courteous and professional.. They gladly answered all my questions and did not seem to mind my multiple visits to the roof to check on the progress of the job. I would definitely recommend Paddy's to anyone needing roofing services..

Just got a beautiful new Rustic Black roof put on my home. If I could give a 7-star rating for Customer Service I would do so and it's all because of Charlie. I had to get a new roof so I called 3 to 4 different places (Paddy's being one of them) for an estimate. When Charlie had come out, he initially spoke with my mother-in-law because i had to go out of town. So when I spoke with Charlie later that evening to discuss the estimate, I was thoroughly convinced that Paddy's was the company I should go with. For me, customer service is just as important as cost. Charlie's level of service was "EXCEPTIONAL". He's genuine and doesn't try to oversell you. Combine Charlie's service with a cost that was within my budget, and the quality of work performed there is no question that Paddy's is the only place I will go to for my roofing needs (not that I'll be needing another one for the next 20-30 years). I guess I will just have to give Charlie a call just to see how he's doing...

Paddy's is Awesome! Not only did they replace my flat roof, they also replaced the shingled portion of my roof and various other items at no additional cost. The quality of their work is outstanding, second only to their customer service. The folks at Paddy's went above and beyond the call of duty; I can't say enough good about them. Thank you Paddy's!
