This was my first experience using HomeAdvisor. It was great. Paddy called me almost immediately after my request went in, he did the estimate the same day at noon, and the repair was done within the next couple days for the exact quoted price. Plus he was very nice and explained everything. What a relief!

Competitive pricing. Excellent customer service. Crew was professional and worked extra hours, into the evening, when we had to replace more roofing deckboard than expected., Would definitely use Paddys again.

From the first visit to the last payment, the experience was a pleasure. The entire process was hassle free. We encountered unknown damage (fascia/soffit) once the old roof material was removed and the additional cost was very reasonable. We also purchased shutters to replace old shutters. The installation crew discovered we had purchased the incorrect size and immediately drove to the supply house to purchase the correct shutters. We will absolutely use Paddy's again!

All around great experience--very responsive when I reached out, good customer service, fantastic price, and my new roof looks great on my townhome! I didn't have to be home for the quote, they delivered the written quote via email, and Charlie came out afterward and answered all of my questions (I had a lot) before I signed with Paddy's. I got three different quotes for a new roof and Paddy's was $500 less than the other companies. Highly recommended!

They replaced the soffit in the front peak of my house because I was having a problem with birds nesting in it. I got an estimate within 24 hrs of contacting them and the work was scheduled within a few days. The workers were courteous, thorough and cleaned up when finished. They answered my questions and even removed an unexpected squirrel's nest. I am very pleased with the whole experience.
