    I hired P.J. Fitzpatrick for a simple minor exterior fascia board repair. They sent someone out for an initial estimate (which they charged for) and then sent out a slick talking sales person (that they charged for) who advised me that I needed a new roof. This was okay due to the fact that my roof was 20 years old and it made sense. Replacing a skylight was part of the contract. The estimate came in around $14,000 and I decided to go ahead with the work. However, they decided to tear the roof all the way off and added an additional $12,000.00 to replace the plywood they just tore off. This was unauthorized work. In addition, the exterior trim that I originally needed repaired was never done. I was told that this would be repaired while replacing the roof. They falsely advertise and have inflated estimates and pricing. I absolutely would never recommend this company.

    They responded to the request very quick. After they came to check the issue, they gave very honest opinion instead of trying to let customer pay more for unnecessary repair. I immediately hired him and got the issue solved right away.
