The technician that made the repairs was very professional. He arrived at our home on time and and carefully investigated the possible sources of the roof leak. Once the likely cause was found he proceeded with the repair.

Peter was excellent, and did do some work closing some gaps to keep out birds. However, the estimate for the full soffit repair job could not be guaranteed/warrantied by PJ Fitzpatrick so we decided not to do it. Peter suggested that we get a free estimate for full gutter and soffit replacement but we declined.
