Customer service was less than desirable + very difficult accommodating the customer's schedule. We had no problem with the repairman except that we never knew which one they were sending even though we requested the previous repairman based on his work. It was almost impossible to reach the same repairman when calling customer service and in fact there was no record of me leaving a message at all. They called us multiple times asking for payment which was mailed to the King of Prussia office as on the repair bill however today we received check back saying it was undeliverable.There is more.

The company was very good about following up on my inquiry. The rep arrived on time and was able to resolve the problem. They were also able to fix a problem with the plate below the door that I had been planning to address later in the spring.
