    Representative made phone contact w/i 24 hrs after I made request thru Home Advisor. Service representative (Rick B) completed the repair in a timely manner. Rick presented himself and company very professionally, explained the problem, and how the problem could be remedied. Received an estimate, and worked completed the same day. I highly recommend P.J. Fitzpatrick.

    Mitch was an extremely easy person to deal with. He explained everything well, came when he said he would, and finished the job without a problem. He was very polite, confident, responsible and clean worker. He even sprayed a bee nest on my house!

    Rick was very efficient and professional. In addition to cleaning gutters, Rick suggested a vent pipe collar gasket to eliminate leaks. I was unaware of the poor fitting existing collar. Excellent!

    They showed up when they were supposed to. Work was completed in a timely manner, technician was very professional. Roof did not leak during the next big storm.

    Placed a on line request to them and they answered in about 1/2 hr. Came out 1st thing the next day and did an inspection and explained what needed to be done. Chad made the minor repair quickly and also made an almost invisible vinyl siding repair which wasn't on my original request. He was very efficient and knew his job well. Would highly recommend this Company.
