Very fast response after selecting from Home Adviser! Tech was on time, very personable and knowledgeable. Work performed quickly. A little more expensive than I anticipated but my choice to continue with repair. No pressure from tech!

Very expensive door repair was completed but then it broke again and we've been going back and forth for months trying to get options and get it fixed they missed the provided window of time to do the repair twice so we're rescheduling again and hoping for the best. Update- the fix was solid. If they'd done it right the first time rating would be higher.

This company is the BEST. They come when they say they are coming. They are on time. Their products are wonderful and their people are respectful and honest. They are a little pricey but their work and products are guaranteed forever. That makes the expense worth it to me. Too many businesses leave you high and dry once they are done finished their work. This company is not like that! Trust me, I have been doing a lot of work at my house over the last several months and NO ONE was like this company!! AMAZING!

This was my first experience with PJF and I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the technician who made the repair. He took time to explain our options and the associated costs.
