Friendly and courteous, but fail on execution. Several admi istrative errors and below average install skills. Same roofing crew you would get if you just picked cheapest company. If had to do over, I would have picked a smaller contractor that has to earn there business on every job

Install or Replace a Bathtub

They only reached out when I left a negative review about never calling me after the initial purchase. After that they showed up, installed shower, installed to where there was a leak coming out of the shower and I had to wait 3 days before someone came to fix it. On top of that cracked a bunch of tiles on the bathroom floor that they filled with caulk and have ignored what they have done since. Tried reaching out several times and no one has gotten back to me. Basically take the money and run company.

Our sales girl Kelly was very knowledgeable and professional!! We enjoyed having her visit to give us an estimate after discussing with her our bathtub project When the installation was done , Seth and Brian were an amazing team and they did an AMAZING job!!! They were so respectful, kind and professional !!! Seth was so knowledgeable giving us all the information before the job as well as after the work was done !!!They both were very knowledgeable !!! . John and Kenny they removed my old tub and replaced it with a beautiful walkin shower. They were friendly and made me feel comfortable. They keep me updated with what they were doing. I highly recommend PJ Fitzpatrick. My new walker in shower is gorgeous!!!!

Luke, Jason, and Brandon removed a tub and installed a shower. They did an excellent job and are extremely pleasant to have in your house. They left the bathroom as clean as they found it. They were finished in about 6 hours.

We had a stall shower installed. Brandon and Dora did an excellent job. Removed old tub. Built a wall and installed the new stall shower. Workmanship is excellent. Cleanup was excellent. I am very pleased from meeting Rosie, the sales person, customer service and getting the job done perfectly.

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Verify Trade License HomeAdvisor checks to see if the business carries the appropriate state-level license. Verify Insurance As a part of our screening process, we encourage professionals to carry general liability insurance. We require coverage for hundreds of services. Verification of State Business Filings For business types that require a Secretary of State filing, we confirm that the business is in good standing in the state in which it is located. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
