P.J. Fitzpatrick's pricing is very high - even their "diagnostic fee". No such thing as a free or reasonably priced estimate. I provided details, in advance, of what was needed for my repair. The technician was not prepared and wanted to charge nearly $500 for simple trim work. He justified the cost due to having to go back to get the flashing needed. There were a few unrelated items that he pointed out needed attention. As much as I appreciate the information, the criticality was exaggerated and the price again was very high. $250 to replace one cowl gasket, plus $250 to replace shingles around that same cowl gasket that were damaged during replacement - and I supplied the shingles. Mind you, the technician was courteous and professional. The same for the scheduler. That allowed the customer service rating to be raised to two stars. Their failure to communicate internally and also respond to customer e-mail doesn't allow any higher scoring.

Erich N was very friendly and courteous explaining all the work going on. Offered information on gutter guards which will likely be a project in the spring. Cleaning gutters was difficult as roof covered with snow and gutters filled with ice and snow. Erich cleaned up debris from gutters after completing work.
