Kevin was very experieinced. We needed assistance asap with roof and siding repair. He came out to the house the same day I called within hours. He used our extra shingles and siding materials and actually pulled them down from the garage rafters for me. I left him at the house and when I came home the job was completed. Talk about asap. It could not have been completed any quicker. My husband and I are extremely satsified with this service.

The installer arrived on time, finished the repair work and also agreed to repair a damaged gutter at no extra charge. The repair work was done as expected and I was given a walkthru after. The original siding was loose and this was secured.

Erich, the technician that the company sent out, was extremely nice and professional. he did the did the job quickly and to my satisfaction in spite of it being a difficult fix, even though it wasn't big job. If you are in the Chester county area, you would do well to request him for you job.

They schedule an appointment ASAP. I called on Sunday afternoon when I discovered the problem and they were here at 9 am on Monday morning. They are always polite and know what they are doing..........When they say they are coming they show up! Not like some contractors.

The service rep arrived on time, was very professional and courteous. He evalutated the problem that I had called about ( a leak coming from the chimney) and upon inspection of the whole roof discovered a few shingles that needed to be repaired/replaced. He was extremely informative and gave me several options to complete the replacement of the piece of metal that covers the top of the chimney and a new trim ring for the flue. He also installed capping around the top of the chimney. The job was quick, efficient and looks great. Give these guys a try. You won't be disappointed!
