I had a new roof replaced and was quoted a specific price. Once they started the project the price kept increasing with their added on claims. I have a lifetime warranty and a paper against a lemon law on the roof which is good, but their incompetent workers did damage to my ceilings inside of my home while doing the job and they are refusing to repair the damage they caused. I would not recommend PJ Fitzpatrick to anyone.

He ran a couple min late due to traffic but called. Was very thorough in his presentation. Answered all my questions; No pressure. He was very knowledgeable as well as personable so much so that I would request Jeff again.

Always Great product and service. Al and Bill came today and worked on my door installation and though it was raining; those guys did an awesome job in the rain and did not even mess up my home. Great Job guys I do appreciate it!!!!

Overall, this company is great but expensive. We went with them because of their commitment to doing the job right. The only ding I give is not to the company but to the project manager assigned to our project. He was not very nice and did not contact us once during the installation. Luckily for us, the site team lead was very good. Last thing, I'm still waiting for them to pick up the dumpster. Its been in our driveway for 2 days.

They brought our 27 year old roof up to code. The ridge vents lowered the attic temperature. We see a pick difference in the upstairs temperature. Not as hot sleeping at night.

I hate to give the one star, but it was the only choice. Somehow they were able to delete or bury my last review. First, our gutters were installed incorrectly, which caused roof leakage all the way into the house. It started leaking through the ceiling about a month ago. I believe this includes, but not limited to the electric outlets in the walls. They did come out and fix the gutters and the leak in the roof. I was told several times that they would take care of everything. They said to give them a chance, and we did. Finally, today they denied all responsibility. I will now get my homeowners insurance get their lawyers involved along with my lawyer. I will tell my story to every social media that I can think of. Luckily I am laid off at the moment because I am on a mission.
