This was a service maintenance appointment on both the air conditioner and the furnace system. One Hour Willis was very accommodating, and Chris Kidney, he technician was personable and thorough. I would use them again!

I asked Kenny to show me what was broken and how. He showed me the part, hooked it up to the meter, and compared it to a new one to show exactly why/how it was broken. He also took the time to hose off my A/C unit. He went above and beyond. :-)
