I noticed my AC had a freon leak on a Saturday. It was the old type of freon. Willis One Hour came out the following Monday and evaluated my problem. They explained that the repair would probably cost half of a new system. Because my system was 12 years old, I decided to replace it with a new one. The salesman came in less than an hour and saw what we had, measured, and gave us options for a new system. We picked one out and he scheduled the installation for the coming Friday afternoon. The install guys arrived at 1pm and estimated it could take 4-6 hours depending on any problems that might arise during the process. They were leaving by 4:45pm. Everyone was great at explaining what they were doing. They were very professional. I would highly recommend Willis One Hour for any heating/AC issues.

Jason did a thorough job of reviewing the air conditioning and gas furnace requirements for our house. He recommended a smaller btu furnace and a/c versus the over sized ones we have now. Highly recommend.
