The men did a great job of cleaning Out the dryer vent. However, they were an hour plus Late and did not call to inform us of the tardiness, which would have been much appreciated.

Project: Replaced my old furnace with a new model. I had no heat on a very cold day. Within a few hours, they put in a temporary fix so I had heat. Two days later they installed a new furnace in one day. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. I did not feel pressured to buy a furnace that I didn't need. The installers were great and left my basement cleaner than it was before they stated the installation! I also appreciate the follow-up call, checking to see if I was satisfied.
