Reviews
Write a ReviewFriendly customer service, trustworthy technician. Show up on time and work completed in time quoted. Excellent clean up. Will Always use One Hour Heating and Air for all AC and furnace needs.
Good Job
Very prompt very professional a one job. I highly recommend them.
Zach was amazing! He fixed the thermostat actually replaced the thermostat, my air is working it has been a lifesaver. Especially heading into hot weather. I also understand that they offer plumbing and electrical through a sister company. I will definitely use all of their services for future needs.
Just had ac annual service
Did a great job and very polite and was on time.
TOMMY WAS VERY POLITE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL
This was an annual AC/heating checkup, prepaid plan. This is a good value. My only concern is that their estimates for additional work seems high, compared to area averages for similar equipment. Still, I've been working with One-Hour since they were Willis Heating and Air, over 25 years. Their service is top-notch!
We have used this company for years to maintain and install our HVAC Always professional and expedient
Just my semi annual service and replaced air filter
