    I hired MSI to install a video door phone/intercom for my office. I bought the hardware over a year ago and MSI performed the install. Unfortunately, the system I bought (not from MSI) didn't work out of the box. The installer went out of his way to get things to work.

    MSI installed our video surveillance system. There sales rep. was very helpful. Their price was $1,000 lower than competitors. MSI did an excellent job. The system is fantastic. The system allows viewing on a smart phone, lap-top and my work computer. I would absolutely, recommend this company to anyone considering a video surveillance system. They did exactly what they said they would do. They delivered a home security product that gives me a tremendous peace of mind.

    I was extremely pleased with my experience working with MSI. I have had ADT in the past and have been unhappy with their customer service and rates. MSI sent out a very professional representative, Mr. Miller, who allowed me to create my own custom security system based on the needs of my home and family. The very next day I had an appointment to be installed and was again very happy with the service, timeliness, and professional demeanor. All of the information from both individuals was explained clearly, I have never experienced such wonderful service from a contractual company in the past.

    I found the staff at MSI to be top notch. MSI installed both my home security system as well as my camera system. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism from the sales team and installers. The project was completed on time, below my initial budget, and overall exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this company they are great!!!!

    We were recently interviewing security companies to have surveillance cameras installed in our home. Representatives from Modern Security Integration (MSI) came to my home and their customer service was outstanding. They made us feel important and they provided valuable information about the cameras we needed. We knew immediately that MSI was the company that we were going to use. Once we signed the contract, the installation techs showed up and offered more advise before they actually did the install. In the end, we were very satisfied with the entire experience and I recommend MSI to anyone interested in added security in their homes.

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
    7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
