There is a main entrance door that services the upper 2 units, one lower basement unit has its own access. If we installed RING on this main entrance - would the upper two units have to agree - can a system be shared by multiple owners in a common access building? In addition to this front door system, the master bedroom has a balcony that extends to a back alley. I would also like to install a camera system (no doorbell) on this back balcony. There also is a motion detector light that doesn’t work and would like to replace/fix. I have videos of the front and back of the unit if this would help visualize.
