I would not hesitate to recommend MSI to anyone needing to have security cameras or alarms installed in their home. They always arrived at the time that was specified which was 0830. On their first attempt to install the cameras it was raining profusely but they tried to install them anyway. However, at one point it became to dangerous and they had to stop and reschedule the installment. Nigel Frazier and his team are very professional and knowledgeable about the security system that they install. I'm very pleased with their professionalism and reliability.

Overall, I am satisfied with their installation. MSI was the only company to provide a three year warranty on their equipment (in writing); their pricing was competitive. They called saying they would be late due to an accident on I-495. Once they arrived, they started working to make up the time, even skipping lunch. They did a good job explaining how to operate the equipment. The only area for improvement is that they missed sealing a couple of holes inside my home, even after I reminded them to seal the holes.
