    When I spoke with Nigel, I thought he had a good understanding of my surveillance installation needs. The company accommodated my request for a specific date and scheduled me for a 07:00-07:30 installation time. At 8:20 am the technician had not arrived or contacted me so I left a message on the office VM. At 9:20 am, the technician STILL hadn't arrived or called. I again called the office and left a VM. The techician called about 5 minutes later stating he had van trouble and should arrive by 10:20. At 10:16am my doorbell rang. As I was showing the technician where the camera needed to be placed, he commented he did not have the appropriate height ladder. He would have to go back to the office and come back. This would have placed the project that was suppose to begin by 07:30 am, nearly 5 HOURS late. In addition, the conduit recommended by Nigel wasn't included in the order. I requested the technician to contact Nigel and to my surprise, neither Nigel or MSI office were aware of the technician's tardiness or lack of professional preparedness. For the reasons listed above, I immediately requested a refund of my deposit and termination of the contract. MSI assured me this was to only time an incident such as this has occurred but I no longer felt confident with its ability to perform a satisfactory job. I will NEVER recommend services from MODERN SYSTEMS INTEGRATION.

    I have them installed security cameras in my house. The workers were professional and knowledgeable. The equipments of their choice are also good. I paid more than I originally expected, but overall speaking the experience is good and I am comfortable.

    Overall happy with project timeliness, had to have a return visit for readjustment of camera for better angles and to move wire mounting to make it look more neat in appearance for front of house; as the wiring is bulky. The second visit I received a more thorough in-service on surveillance software. Sales Rep was very knowledgeable about his product. Thanks

    My wife and I needed to have security cameras installed within our town home, in order to monitor our new born daughter and her baby sitter. We had some reservations about hiring this company because most of their previous jobs were for office buildings or out doors. After speaking with the sales person (Nigel) and customer service representative (Renee) as well as a few of their previous satisfied customers, we decided to hire MSI to install one out door camera and two in door cameras. The work that was done by the technician Steve was down right perfect. MSI was very accommodating and understanding with our schedules as Steve needed to come out twice due to an issue that needed to be resolved with our HOA. Upon completion the technician answered our questions very clearly and even stayed around to make sure that every thing worked as we wanted all throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this company and we are considering hiring them again to add additional cameras to our system in the future.

    The representative Nigel was professional and was knowledgeable with his presentation, he was clear and very detailed regarding the types of camera options to select from that would meet our needs. He was on time for the camera presentation, they were on time on the date the installation was scheduled to happen. The workmanship was pretty clean and the camera has been working with no problem. I would recommend this company to anyone. I like the final product and they have earned this stars.

    The representative Nigel was excellent and very knowledgeable in his presentation regarding the various types of cameras and what would be best for my home. He was also able to show me a live feed of what the cameras would look like once installed. Great attitude and very patient. Overall I had a great experience with the company.
