The salesman, Nigel Fraser was not a good salesman and appeared to be a dishonest person. The two technicians Thad Fraser, the son of the salesman, and Steven Mitchell did not conduct themselves like professionals. Steve Mitchell continuously used profane languages throughout their installation. The technician, Thad Fraser dropped one of my cameraI and he installed it anyway, left cable holes and wires uncovered inside my house. I complained to their Manager, John Hemp who promised to correct the problem as soon as he gets back from out of town and I have not heard from him. I think the main problem is The salesman, Nigel Fraser because I refused to buy his cameras. Instead, I purchased my cameras from Lorex for them to install for a fee which he agreed to do but did not want to do the installation right. The salesman, Nigel Fraser is believed to have coached the technicians to behave unprofessionally and told them what to do for not purchasing their inferior cameras. Even the technicians said my cameras are clearer and better than their cameras of the same price range. I wil never recommend this company; they wants to get paid for poor and disrespectful service.
