Kevin called the next day and had all the drawings done and brought them over that evening. Because of a discrepancy on measurements we wanted Pittsburgh required additional drawing which again Kevin did within a day. I would highly recommend him for all structural engineering services. Kevin prepared the architectural drawings we needed to satisfy the City of Pittsburgh's requirement before granting a building permit to begin construction of an addition to our home. He worked well with my son (the contractor) and completed the drawings in a timely manner, going above and beyond, making a last minute change and hand delivering the drawings to my home on Labor Day! He was very thorough and offered many helpful suggestions. I would recommend him to anyone.
