I hired Kevin because during the home inspection on the house i'm selling wanted the main beam and floor joists needed inspected further. Kevin is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and provided detailed reports and recommended repairs. He was easily reachable during the repair process with questions that arose.
