Write a ReviewThey are definitely better than nothing, at least in my case . The tech was very pleasant. He was able to get the system up and running, but missed connecting 1 camera . Unfortunately, I had to help guide him as he was unfamiliar with my equipment. I am not a tech savvy person . This is why I called a Professional in the first place and paid the $125 . I called the the company and unfortunately they would not be able to return at the reduced rate / after the first rate since I had already when they first came out . The rate for service after the first hr was $85.00. I was informed that it would not be worth the time/money, since they were coming from about an hr away . I was not requesting an emergency visit nor free services.
Aniette, I am so sorry to hear that you were not pleased with our service. I have spoken to the staff involved and as I understand it, we were hired to network your system for remote viewing and no mention of connecting cameras was made at the time the appointment was scheduled, nor was it mentioned to the technician while he was on site. I show that you signed the service invoice agreeing that the work described was completed to your satisfaction. If you had requested additional work while our technician was on site the rate of $85.00 per hour would have applied. If it was work that was done incorrectly there would not have been a charge at all, however additional work requested after the technician has completed the job does require the initial charge to be paid again to cover the costs (gas, vehicle maintenance, etc.) of sending a truck out again. Please call our office and ask for Brenda, the Office Manager, she can assist with waiving fees and see that all of your needs with regard to our services are met. She can be reached at 727-579-3836. THey damaged the ceiling, and. Have not responded yet
Dear Mr. Miller, I understand that you have some concerns regarding a crack in your ceiling that you believe occurred as a result of installation of security equipment by Masada Security and or its contractors on January 2, 2018. As explained in our letter of February 2, 2018, Masada Security finds it beyond reasonable expectations to assume any liability for the damage, as superficial cracks to ceilings do occur from time to time for one reason or another. Judging from the yellow coloring of the crack it would appear that it has been there for quite sometime. The variations of your claims in our conversations have only reaffirmed my suspicions. Furthermore, Section 10 of the Schedule of Protection and Section 5 of the Alarm Monitoring Agreement that you signed upon completion of the installation state that the customer assumes all risk of personal injury and loss or damage to customer's premises or to the contents thereof. THEY REPLACED THE THERMOSTAT WITH A USED ONE FREE OF CHARGED
Everyone we dealt with were very professional. The installation went smoothly, but the installer needs to come back as he did not have the correct panel.
I rate their SECURITY SYSTEM top of the line but installation of security camers lacked experience in this line. They plan too correct the camers but as of yet to do it.
What I really liked about Masada Security was they gave me exactly what I asked for. The salesman made a very brief presentation of other services and equipment that are available if I wanted them, but when I said I wasn't interested he said fine and gave me a good quote for what I wanted. The service tech showed up on time and did a good job and completed the job in the time quoted. The quote I received was what I paid. Dan N 8/21/2017
