Project: troubleshoot and replace two existing nonworking cameras, adjust focus on another camera, reestablish app for remote viewing of cameras, reset admin password on DVR. Highly professional and very knowledgable. Will use them again. Highly recommended.

I worked with Daniel in the office, he was extraordinarily patient and calm which I needed at a time when my home alarm was screaming for no apparent reason, he assisted me in figuring out how to resolve the issue of disarming a 20 year old home alarm system that was supposedly deactivated long ago. MY HOUSE WAS PARTICULARLY DIFFICULT TO WIRE BECAUSE OF HIGH CEILINGS. HOWEVER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY AND AS UNOBTRUSELY AS POSSIBLE. I AM REALLY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. I CAN SEE OUTSIDE MY HOUSE MUCH BETTER THAN I ANTICIPATED. I WOULD RECOMMEND MASADA TO ANYONE

I recently purchased 4 security cameras and a recorder (NVR) thinking that would do the installation myself. After a look up in the attic I decided to get a pro to do it. I called three highly recommended companies to do the job, but only Masada understood the intent of my request. They knew that I wanted to improve the security at my house and immediately provided me with a quote to install my camera system, but also to upgrade my existing alarm system all at a discount. The work was scheduled within one week and the installation was completed with no surprises and no mess to clean up. They even added on a couple of features at my request without any delay in the installation. Most important of all, my dog really liked the installers. :-) I would recommend Masada Security to all of my family and friends!

  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
