Masada installed the latest wireless technology almost no wiring required. If you have a data phone, this can be central to your system and save some money as there are apps to control the system. My primary concern was being able to monitor the operation of my heat/cooling systems when I'm away and this is ingeniously simple. The system uses a two-factor authentication which is similar to financial/banking transactions. The installer made a point of showing us how to operate the system in great detail and set up/tested two phones for the system on site. Very helpful. Only caveat: if you do the wireless capable thermostat you need to install it yourself. Not that hard if you've ever done one before but make sure you know what type of system you have, since heat pumps are very different from standard heating systems and can be damaged if miswired. The whole thing took about two hours.

Cant say enough about what an 'Outstanding' team Masada Security have been. I wish my own business was as efficient! From the first call, Daniel the sales manager fitted in my schedule review the next day, was very friendly, not pushy and knowledgeable. Brittany in operations was very thorough, pleasant and punctual in responses and follow up. Charlie who fitted the system was just great. Very knowledgeable, no corner cutting, not over talkative (which i like), extra effort to be 100% and follow up with my wife and I to be sure we understood the operation. I may write 2 reviews per year. Outstanding Service.
