Charles was polite and courteous, answered all my questions without hesitation. He didn't try to sell me equipment or services that I didn't think was necessary.

They did not check all the sensors so had to come back

Response from Company:

Upon return to the customer's home the technician found that he did in fact miss the windows in the master bedroom. The return trip fee was waived as a courtesy to the customer and the technician has used this oversight as a learning experience. We sincerely hope that the customer is now completely satisfied with all aspects of the services we have provided and will contact us again in the future should a need arise.

I checked out (survey and met in person) a total of 4 companies and ultimately chose Masada. William was professional , knowledgeable and worked with my unique circumstance. Technician Jay as well as his asst did a great job with the installation. Jay is also knowledgeable and professional and was able to work out an important issue. The Masada office staff were also polite and responsive. I look forward to working with Masada again for any upgrades or additions.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
