Owners contacted me almost immediately - via phone and email. Gave quote, and we were able to schedule service w/i 1 week's time. Installers were on time and very professional. Had to work right in the midst of all our office routines, and were hardly noticed! Came in, did the work, and finished on schedule.

I have hired Masada Security on three occasions. Twice to work on my alarm system (installed by another contractor during home construction), both repairs were completed quickly and for a fair price. I also hired Masada Security to install a surveillance system which works well. Masada Security was always on time and the technicians were always professional. I would definitely recommend Masada Security to my friends and family.
Extremely SKETCHY business, BEWARE. I requested to have this alarm system disconnected for months and I continued to receive billing despite the fact that the cameras were not functioning at all. In addition, the alarm system was constantly going off if I even closed a cabinet door with a bit of force. In 2022, they asked me if I would renew to which I responded a resounding NO. After continuing to receive bills, I contacted their office at least four times to resolve the billing issue. Today (04/26/24), their office alleges that I owe them more money because there was still a contract in place. A contract in place after I already advised that I do not want services? Apparently, SOMEONE at this company FORGED my signature on a renewal contract. I would suggest to anyone considering this company to RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. Keep in mind, I went back and began reading the negative reviews about this business that had been posted and incredibly, I found a similar story to mine wherein the Customer refers to the Owner as a thief.
Unfortunately I had to show the tech a few things.
