The service tech did what I asked but didn't leave my house the same as he found it. He dented the laminate wood flooring and my wife didn't notice till he had departed.

We welcome all customer feedback, however we would like to address this particular review. When the technician arrived he discovered that the customer had attempted to complete the work himself. There was a ladder already in place. The technician used the customer's ladder completing the work within 10 minutes. The ladder was left where it stood upon his arrival, never having been moved. In addition the customer was extremely happy with the work and expressed this with a smiley face drawn in the memo on their check. While accidents do sometimes happen it is likely that the damage was caused by the customer's efforts to complete the work.
