We had a roof leak caused by an ice dam. Mario showed us exactly what needed to be done to correct the problem. He along with his helper did the work right away to chip away the ice and stop the incoming water. We plan on using his company again in the near future for other needs. We would definitely recommend this company.

I submitted a request for a quote on a Sunday and heard back within 5 minutes. We scheduled the quote for the next morning and then the work for the day after that. We've had a persistent problem with our chimney flashing that was starting to get worse. Mario was able to diagnose the problem quickly and showed me pictures; he clearly explained what was wrong and how he planned to fix it. He arrived on time and was very responsive to communications (I actually texted him while he was on my roof to see if he could also remove an old satellite dish and he took care of it on the spot!). He completed the work quickly and sent me "after" pictures so I could see the work he did. Overall Mario is professional, courteous, and very responsive to calls, texts, and emails. I expect I will be calling him again next time I need my roof looked at.

I had a problematic roof leak over the course of 5 years. I had 4 roofers attempt to repair my roof which of course, was unsuccessful. Mario responded to my search here on Home Advisor on Steeler Sunday! He came out a few days later, did an inspection. He was on time with starting a completing the work. He kept in constant contact with me as to the progress during the work. He also took before and after photos and emailed them to me, once the work was completed. Had a rainy weekend, so far no leak!
