I had needed all of my outflow pipes replaced from my basement sumps and from my downspouts, all of them to the storm box at the street. The job presented more tree roots than expected, and his crew worked late in an attempt to stay on schedule. After breaking ground, additional pipe sources were identified than had been scoped for the original contract. Kevin and I easily negotiated a fair price for the now increased scope. Ultimately the job was performed well, and I will be happy to refer my friends and neighbors for their drainage needs. Yes, I am a real customer.
