Mario was very business oriented and professional during our interactions. He responded very quickly to my call(s) and very considerate of my time. He took time to get on my roof and take picture, which he share with me, the before and after pictures. He showed and explained to me what needed repair and discovered some additional tiles and areas which needed sealing and repair. Only time will tell how if the problem was corrected. I would recommend Mario to others and utilize his services in the future. Very professional and reasonable in price.

It is so difficult to find someone for small repair jobs. Mario responded very quickly to our request for an estimate. He took pictures and showed us what needed repaired it also included some mortar repair work and caulking. He completed the job within a few days of our acceptance of his estimate. Very pleased with his company and would highly recommend him

Mario contacted me the same day of the request. He was up front about cost and time constraints. He took photos of the seals on our flat rubber roof and explain in detail what he would do. He gave me a quote later the same day and did the job two days later. I would highly recommend M&D. Professional, efficient, and cleaned my whole yard, even where he didn't leave any debris!

Mario was quick professional and priced very well. Would definitely recommend. My husband and I have hired contractors for many projects. Mario was by far one of the best. He even removed some baby raccoons for me and we were able to reunite them with their mother!!! Great Experience.

Mario was able to complete the work the same day as the inspection of our roof. He spotted an issue with our chimney we didn't know about. Took "before and after" photos with his phone of the work that was done. Very fair price!
