Mario contacted us promptly. Explained all the steps needed to make our roof repairs. Completed the job without any problems and did more than we expected at a very fair price. We would recommend him without any reservations.

I had serious damage caused by a large tree branch falling on my slate roof. They fixed everything, cleaned up the mess of shattered slates, and I have a better roof now than before the accident at a very reasonable price. If you get more than one estimate for repair of a slate roof, be sure they are one of them.

I can't say enough of what a great job Mario Mitchell did for my leaky roof in my enclosed porch. A previous contractor tried to fix the problem but failed to fix the problem. Mario was very detailed in his work and made sure all the possible areas were properly fixed. He also made a follow up call when there was a heavy rain to make sure there were no more leaks. I can’t recommend these guys enough, as they did an excellent job. I have to start by saying I had a different contracting company come out to inspect my roof for a leak in my roof. The first company stated they couldn’t find the leak, so they quoted me to basically have that whole section of the roof replaced, which was rather pricy. I needed to get a second opinion, and boy am I glad I chose M&D for this task. Mario was able to find the leaks right away, gave me an excellent price, and was able to jump on the roof and have it repaired right away. In addition, he took care of cleaning out my gutters, fixing my one downspout, and trimming around the house where it was pressing against the gutter on the one end of the roof. Again, these guys need a great job, and easy to work with to solve the problem.

Mario came out to inspect the issue immediately…made a recommendation based upon what he saw as issues and the source of the roof leak. He performed the work that he quoted on the day that was scheduled. He also followed up after a heavy rain as the leak had not not stopped. Mario went back to the property and re-traced all of his previous work and added some additional materials (all free of charge). No issues with leaks after that.

Mario was courteous and extremely professional. It was great to have someone for small roof repairs! I liked that he communicated to me often.
