Mario is a very nice roofer. We had a strong wind and some shingles needed replaced or refasten in one of our rental units, He came and did the repair, while on the job he noticed the drain was clogged so he went and cleaned the gutters at no additional cost. This roofer cares about customer satisfaction and doing a good job.

Mario came to give an est. for a large hole that birds had made in the wood. He was able to do the work right then. He not only did a great job in two places he also was able to screen the top of the chimney where some bids were getting in. Very satisfied with the work and will use him again when I need him.

Mario came this morning and examined the roof. He then fixed the problem and also made th3 pipes in roof were sealed which were not what I asked about but needed done. I was appreciative and p,eased. I would hire him again. If was surprised that he could the work today.

Mario called to tell me he was on his way and he was right on time. Gave me his business card and inspected my leaking roof. Then he gave me the estimate to fix it which was very reasonable.
