Jakob and his crew completely transformed our home and we could not be happier. The scope of work was massive. Full roof replacement with skylights closed, over 30 new Pella windows, all new stonework across the entire front of the home and chimney, new siding, doors, and garage. The finished product is stunning. What set them apart was how they worked. They pushed through the entire winter, arriving promptly every single day without fail. Jakob kept us informed throughout, explaining and discussing any changes before they were made. No surprises, no drama, just excellent work done the right way. Jakob was attentive and caring from start to finish. He even looked out for our new puppy. That kind of thoughtfulness says everything about the character of this team.

My place was a real mess after renting out for a while I needed a full uplift and I cannot be happier with LI developers, from the original meeting to the careful planning, thorough discussion, materials selection, job was performed immaculately and on time. I had some brick/stone tuck pointing work done and I’m really happy with how everything came out. Jakob, the owner, was easy to deal with from the start—straightforward, responsive, and actually took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. The crew showed up when they said they would, kept things clean, and paid attention to the details. You can tell they take pride in the work—the mortar lines came out clean and consistent, and everything blends in well with the existing brick. What I appreciated most was that there were no surprises. The price was fair, the timeline was on point, and the quality speaks for itself. We just hired LI Developers to do a kitchen and bath remodel in our home in Massapequa and we could not be happier with Jakob and his crew. They did an amazing job from start to finish. Although there were a few delays with some of the items we ordered that was really out of their control, but they did all they could to keep the job moving and make us happy. Jakob has an amazing eye for style and I would definitely recommend them.

I have had several projects completed by Jakob and his company since buying my home in 2017. From little jobs to big jobs, Jakob is the only person I will trust with my home projects. His crew is reliable and hardworking. Jakob is hands on about EVERYTHING. From material orders placed, to deliveries, to getting permits, to scheduling inspections, to coordinating his crew for different jobs….. I honestly don’t know how he keeps it all running so smoothly. He built us a BEAUTIFUL paver/deck patio a few years ago, and this year he built us a STUNNING covered porch/portico with paver walkway which matches the backyard aesthetic. My neighbors have stopped to tell me how beautiful it is and they couldn’t believe how quickly it was finished. I very much appreciate how Jakob works with me to plan and make my vision come to life. He does the job well, and doesn’t cut corners. I feel confident and secure in his work, which is why he is the only person I will call when I need something done.

There is no doubt that Jakob put his heart and soul into the job. We needed so much work done. Initially we protested about many of his ideas but eventually saw the wisdom and vision shine thru. He handled the village paperwork and permits with a sense of urgency and also some humor. His skill as a contractor is most evident in how he manages to find such talented workers and keep them constantly working.

We had a ceiling collapse. The team came the next day, put in new insulation and new dry wall. Spackled and painted. Great job. Would use again.

Jacob and his workers did a great job building me a new shed strong as a house. In addition repairing my interlocking raised patio which started to fall apart and it’s now like new.
