Jakob take control for my new house building. He always have the best suggestions for me and for the house. He always comes on time and I can see his efforts. I have known that he live and work and breathe for his cutie daughter and he loves what he is doing for work. All his work is want to make people satisfy and happy about it. We got four estimates and Jakob was on par with pricing. He has the ability to see a project and suggest what would make it look more appealing. The concrete and pavers were beautifully done. Attention to detail was excellent. His men were all hard workers and know their craft well. They left the job site each day cleaned up and secured. I would highly recommend LI Developers.

Jakob is always on time and responsible. The crew clean and efficient. Always respectful. Jakob is reliable and pricing is honest and low. He is dedicated and cares about the project. I knew he would be great from the first time I meet him. He did a fantastic job and would recommend for everyone as he takes care of everything and makes it stress free.

The quality of his work was pure trash. He remodeled my deck and had his workers add steel below it so the bottom deck could be a place to sit even in bad weather. Turns out all it has done is trap the water and as a result pieces of steel have bent or fallen off. He also installed indoor high hats for an outdoor deck which are a fire hazard as per two contractors whom i asked to assess the work that was done. Jakub is a con artist who also tried to make me pay $3500 for a copy of a insurance certificate to show my condo board. Its a piece of paper that is commonly requested and requires emailing as a pdf. $3500? He’s a scam artist who I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Super impressed with the speed/quality of work and attention to every detail. Doing a complete gut renovation of your home isnâ t easy, but I know Iâ m in good hands with Jakob and LI Developers. My home isnâ t huge, but every inch of it is well thought out and being used properly now. Jakob made suggestions I had no idea were possible and has increased the functionality of our available space. With Jakob youâ re getting a contractor, a visionary and perfectionist all in one. He takes pride in his work and reputation, heâ ll make sure the job is done right. We had to wait a few weeks for him to get started on our job, but it was worth the wait. Our gut renovation consisted of a new roof, siding, doors, windows, floors, moldings, paint, kitchen, bathrooms, electrical, plumbing, hvac, new driveway, tree removal, porch with pavers, side patio pavers and backyard patio pavers. Whatever it is you need Jakob can get it done, donâ t waste another minute and book him!
