"Zicklin did a project for me last month so a review is in order. The wood stairs in the front of my house were looking beat-up and some were getting dry rot on the ends. I decided to replace them with brick steps. It was a big project. Eric was the guy working on-site did a really solid job. The project ended up getting more complex as they removed the stairs (damn you dry rot!). I trusted the advice I got from Raj who is a young guy but he's very smart fellow. They did a great job in assessing the extra work, providing me an updated quote, and completing the project quickly. I am very happy with the final result."

"I had 3 other bids before Mick Prendergast and also had the time to do a little reading about what the project entailed. Was thrilled when Mick came over and we discussed the project and he demonstrated his skill and experience. His bid was higher than other 2 bidders who I was suspicious over being too low but lower than the third (who never explained why the bid was so ridiculously high); I added two more projects onto the original and the bid for all 3 came in very fair. Mick was fantastic to work with â really knew his stuff. All three projects were completed extremely efficiently, cleanly â he even did more than asked but the final price was exactly what he bid. Will definitely invite him back for future and highly recommend."
